Each store on A-buy is responsible for setting their own return and refund policy, which must be respected by both buyers and sellers. However, A-buy will take action against any store found to be abusing this policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

Failing to provide a full refund when required

Ignoring or not responding to customer complaints or concerns regarding their purchases

Not adhering to the Philippine Consumer Protection Act (Republic Act No. 7394)
A-buy is committed to ensuring fair transactions for all customers and will impose penalties on stores that violate these guidelines.
