Refund Policy

• Wrong size or product chosen by the customer

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation:
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after payment.
• Once shipped, orders can no longer be canceled.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
You may request a return or exchange if:

• The request is made within 1 day after receiving the item
• The item is unused and in its original condition
Process:

Send us a message with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

Wait for approval before sending back the item.

Once approved, ship the item back to us or arrange pick-up (depending on location).

Replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Used items
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items without proof of issue (e.g., photos/videos)
Return Shipping Costs:
• If the issue is from our side (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will shoulder the return shipping cost.
• If the customer made a mistake (wrong order placed), customer will shoulder the shipping fees.
