Refund Requests

Refund

Only the seller can request a refund; however, if you have already requested or withdrawn commission for that order, you will be unable to request a refund. To navigate on my account, go to Store Dashboard > Order > click Refund Requests icon.

You will have notification for all “Refund Requests” activities.

You will see refund details under commission invoice as well.
