Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery within the Philippines is generally 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Please make sure that your shipping information, including your name, complete address, and contact number, is accurate before completing your order.
Shipping Delays

Damaged Packages

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive the package, or failure to claim the parcel may be subject to additional shipping charges before being re-shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part. California Notes reserves the right to verify and assess each refund request before approval.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has already been prepared for dispatch or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

RETURNS
