Please send your design in 4500 x 5000 px (high resolution) with a transparent background (PNG format).

Maximum of A4 size print is included in the base price.

Bigger designs can be printed with minimal additional charges.

Shipping Policy

Refunds are only given if the item received is wrong (different size, color, or design than ordered) or defective upon arrival.
Request for refund must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Change of mind after order confirmation.
Wrong size or color chosen by the buyer (please check size chart and options before ordering).
Pre-order or custom-made items cannot be refunded once processing starts.

Send us clear photos/videos of the defective or wrong item.
Once approved, you may choose:
- Refund (via original payment method).
- Replacement (same item, correct design/size).
Buyer shoulders the return shipping fee (unless the mistake is on our side).
