- For bulk or heavy items (e.g., appliances) an additional delivery fee may apply and will be communicated before shipment.

- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
- Luzon: 2-5 business days
- Visayas: 3-7 business days
- Mindanao: 4-10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays.
- Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You may track your package through the courier’s tracking page.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure the shipping address is correct and complete.
HersheyAnne Enterprise will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your packages arrive damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours with photos/videos of the item.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to assist with tracing or claims.

Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size choice, or preference-unless approved case-by-case

- Report the issue within 24-48 hours upon receiving the item.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Provide a photo or videos as proof (unboxing video, I highly encourage).
- Non-Returnable Items
   For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Underwear or intimate clothing
- Food and beverages
- Perishable or consumable items

   Once the return is approved, you may choose:
- Replacement of the same item
- Store credit
- Refund, depending on product condition and availability
