Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation:

Spire Laptop does NOT accept order cancellation or adjustment once the order is placed. Please confirm your order details before checking out.

Eligible for 7 days replacement:

  • Products that are defective on arrival
  • Products that malfunction within the 7 days guarantee period
  • Products that received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice within 24 hours after delivery

Eligible for 7 days replacement:

Not eligible for replacement:

  • Products that turn out to be defective outside the 7-day guarantee period. Automatic customer should bring defective products to the nearest manufacturer’s authorized service partner.
  • Products that are received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice beyond 24 hours after delivery
  • For lighted and dead pixel on LCD, a standard LCD policy from service center will apply for checking of defect
  • Misused products due to poor care, improper assembly, thereby causing physical damage, deep scratches, and etc.
  • Any alteration, modification and/or repair, either Software or Hardware, not authorized by Spire Laptop.
  • Customized upgrade in hardware which are not done by manufacturer’s authorized service partner.
  • Products where the model number and/or serial number has been removed, altered or obliterated from the product.
  • Change of mind on the part of the customer does not entitle him/her for a refund or exchange
  • Un-satisfaction on the product with no possible technical issue or unit problem will not entitle customer for refund or exchange

7 Days Replacement:

Products with "7 Days Replacement" are ONLY eligible for replacement within 7 days upon delivery, in an event that it is found to be defective. This policy is not applicable to customers who are not satisfied with the product or change of mind.

 

  • Please bring the complete package with receipt together with its original accessories to the nearest authorized service center depending brand – you may check this through the brand’s website.
  • Details about what is included in the manufacturer’s warranty will also depend on your unit and brand coverage – you may inquire this directly to your brand.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty Timeline (if brought directly to the Service Center): Timeline will be dependent on the timeline required by the brand service center to repair and check the unit.


Any product that customer return must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging, with its complete accessories or freebies given including those from the promos. Please keep the receipt.
