Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery within the Philippines is generally 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Please make sure that your shipping information, including your name, complete address, and contact number, is accurate before completing your order.
Shipping Delays
California Notes is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Courier or logistics delays
- Holidays and peak shopping seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos or videos of the package and product before opening or disposing of the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive the package, or failure to claim the parcel may be subject to additional shipping charges before being re-shipped.

Refund Policy
At California Notes, we want every customer to have a pleasant shopping experience. Because fragrances are personal-use products, we carefully consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Eligible Refunds A refund or replacement may be considered when:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived significantly damaged or defective.
- An item is missing from your order.
- There is a verified fulfillment error on our part.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Change in fragrance preference
- Personal dislike of the scent after opening or using the product
- Incorrect product selection made by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or altered
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Refund Processing
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the available resolution. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part. California Notes reserves the right to verify and assess each refund request before approval.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At California Notes, we carefully prepare each order before shipment. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has already been prepared for dispatch or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
RETURNS
Returns may be accepted only for verified issues such as:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
- Defective product
- Missing item
- Incorrect item sent due to our fulfillment error
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the received item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be considered for verified fulfillment errors, damaged products, or defective items.
Fragrance preference exchanges are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or used.
If an exchange is approved, California Notes will provide instructions regarding the return and replacement of the item.
Return Shipping
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
If the concern is caused by an incorrect order, change of mind, or other customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping costs.
Important Reminder
Please record an unboxing video when opening your package, especially for orders containing multiple items. This may be requested as supporting evidence when investigating claims involving missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
All return, exchange, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
