Refunds are only given if the item received is wrong (different size, color, or design than ordered) or defective upon arrival.
Request for refund must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Change of mind after order confirmation.
Wrong size or color chosen by the buyer (please check size chart and options before ordering).
Pre-order or custom-made items cannot be refunded once processing starts.

Send us clear photos/videos of the defective or wrong item.
Once approved, you may choose:
Refund (via original payment method).
Replacement (same item, correct design/size).
Buyer shoulders the return shipping fee (unless the mistake is on our side).
