Shipping Policy

We ship orders Daily (Monday to Saturday). All items are checked and packed with care. We also record packing videos to make sure order is complete before shipment. Processing Time: 1 to 2 days Delivery Time: Depends on courier location. Please make sure your address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery delays.

Refund Policy

We allow refunds only if the item is proven wrong, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival. To request a refund:

  1. Send clear photos or video of the item received
  2. Send a short explanation of the issue
  3. Submit within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel

Once approved, we will process the refund through the platform.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We accept cancellation only before the order is packed and handed to courier. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed. For returns or exchanges, these conditions apply:

  • Item must be unused and complete
  • Proof of concern must be provided
  • Return shipping may be required depending on the case

We do not accept:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong order placed by customer
  • Damage due to user handling
