  • Defective or damaged ang item upon delivery
  • Kulang ang laman ng order

  • Dapat i-report ang issue within 24 hours pagkatapos matanggap ang item
  • Hindi na maa-accept ang request pag lumagpas na sa 24 hours

📦 Condition of Item

  • Dapat nasa original condition ang item
  • Hindi gamit, hindi hugas, at kompleto pa ang packaging (kung meron)

🚚 Shipping Fee

  • Kung seller error (wrong/damaged item), sagot ng store ang replacement shipping
  • Kung buyer error, buyer ang sasagot sa return shipping (if applicable)

💳 Refund Process

  • After ma-verify ang issue, refund will be processed via:
    • GCash / Bank Transfer
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Change of mind

🚚 Shipping

  • Hindi na pwedeng mag-cancel kung:
    • Na-process na
