💸 REFUND ELIGIBILITY
• Refunds are only applicable for orders with confirmed defects or incorrect items caused by our team.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the item, with clear photo/video proof.

• Change of mind after order confirmation.
• Errors in design approved by the customer (spelling, layout, color, etc.).
• Low-quality prints due to low-resolution files provided by the العميل.
