Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier, location, and unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or courier issues. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided (if available). Please ensure that your shipping details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, refunds are only applicable for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a refund, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the item within 24 hours of receiving the order. Approved refunds will be processed according to the platform’s standard refund procedure. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or personal preference.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the item has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges are only allowed for items that are proven defective or incorrect upon arrival and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with proper documentation.
