- Store Policies & Guidelines To ensure smooth, fair, and hassle-free transactions, please read and understand our store policies before placing an order. 1. ORDER CONFIRMATION All orders must be confirmed through payment or required downpayment (DP). No payment/DP means the order is not considered confirmed. We reserve the right to release unpaid or unconfirmed items to other interested buyers. 2. RESERVED ITEMS Reserved items are held only within the agreed reservation period. A required DP must be made within the given period to secure the item. If payment is not received within the agreed period and there is no update from the customer, the item may be released to another buyer/miner. 3. LAYAWAY ITEMS Layaway is available only for selected items. Customers must follow the agreed payment schedule. Customers are responsible for monitoring their own balances and due dates. Starting August 15, 2026, overdue layaway balances will incur an additional 5% per month on the outstanding balance. Layaway items with no payment or account update may be subject to forfeiture based on the applicable layaway terms. Items will only be processed for delivery or shipping once the required payment conditions have been met. 4. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS Customers with overdue balances will receive payment reminders. Please communicate with us immediately if you are unable to meet your due date. Accounts with prolonged overdue balances may be subject to cancellation, forfeiture of payments/items, or clearance sale, depending on the applicable terms. Additional charges or penalties may apply to overdue balances. 5. FULL PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY/SHIP-OUT Effective August 17, 2026: Moda Atbp will NO LONGER DELIVER OR SHIP ITEMS with outstanding balances. Items must be fully paid before delivery or ship-out, including applicable shipping fees. This policy applies to reserved, layaway, delivered-for-payment, and other orders with remaining balances.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Starting August 20, 2026:
J&T Express – Regular Door-to-Door Delivery
- J&T Express will be our official courier for regular door-to-door shipments.
- Shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual package weight and applicable courier rates.
- The shipping fee will be added to the customer's outstanding balance.
- Total payment, including the shipping fee, must be settled before ship-out.
LBC – COD/COP Pick-Up
- LBC will be available for customers who prefer COD/COP pick-up, subject to applicable LBC terms and charges.
- Customers will be informed of the applicable charges before processing.
SHIPPING DELAYS
- Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weather, holidays, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.
- Once the parcel has been turned over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's handling and delivery timeline.
Refund Policy
REFUNDS
- Refund requests will be evaluated based on the reason for the request and the status of the order.
- For items already purchased or shipped, refunds may require additional processing time.
- Refunds may be processed only after the item is returned, resold, or the applicable supplier/courier issue has been resolved, when applicable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We will accept a return or exchange if:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The wrong size, color, variant, or quantity was sent due to our error.
- The item received is damaged before or during packing/shipping due to our handling.
- The item has a missing part/accessory that was supposed to be included and was confirmed in the order.
Important Requirements
- Please notify Moda Atbp immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Send clear photos and/or an unedited video showing the item, packaging, waybill, and the issue.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.
- Returns or exchanges will be reviewed and approved by Moda Atbp before the item is sent back.
Shipping Costs
If the error is confirmed to be our fault, Moda Atbp will shoulder the applicable return/exchange shipping cost.
If the issue is not caused by Moda Atbp, the customer will be responsible for the return and reshipping costs, when applicable.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable
Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong choice of size, color, or variant when the correct item was sent
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or modified by the customer
- Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen settings
- Items clearly described as preloved, sale, clearance, factory outlet, overruns, or with disclosed imperfections
Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any problem.
