Refunds are only applicable if I am unable to complete your order by the agreed deadline due to workload or school-related constraints.

In this case, you may request a refund or reschedule your order.

All other situations, including change of mind, are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations: Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel, a 30% cancellation feeof the total price will apply.

Returns & Exchanges: Because each piece is handmade and may be customized, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damaged items.

If your item arrives damaged, you may choose to either receive a replacement (exchange) or a refund.

Refunds for damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of damage. Partial refunds may apply if damage is minor or due to courier handling.
