Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Regalo ATBP ni Hara Malaya! Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines through J&T Express. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier's schedule. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. We carefully pack every order, but we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier during transit. Note: We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Thank you for supporting our small business!
Refund Policy
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
You may be eligible for a refund if: You received the wrong item. Your item arrived damaged. Your item has a manufacturing defect. For damaged item claims, an unedited unboxing video is required. The video must show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the complete unboxing. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please provide: Your order number, the required unboxing video (for damaged items), clear photos of the item and its packaging
Refunds are not available for: Change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, used products

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if you received the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Exchanges We only replace items that were incorrectly sent or have a manufacturing defect.
