Shipping Policy

  • Partner Couriers: We ship nationwide via J&T Express and LBC Express to ensure your personalized items arrive safely.

  • Payment First Policy: Please note that we follow a Payment First policy for shipping fees. The delivery fee must be settled along with the item cost before the order is dispatched.

  • COD Availability: Cash on Delivery (COD) for shipping fees is only available if the chosen courier offers this service for your specific location.

  • Processing Time: Since our items are handcrafted and personalized, please allow 3 days and up (also, depend on the volume of order) for production before shipping.

  • Tracking: Once your order is picked up by the courier, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

  • Handling: SEMSWave Handicrafts ensures all items are securely packed; however, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by the courier during transit.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products (Business Cards, Invitations, Souvenirs, etc.), we do not offer refunds or returns once production has begun.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Design Errors: * If the error is on our part (differs from the approved layout), we will offer a replacement.

    • If the error is due to incorrect information provided (e.g., a typo in a name you sent), we cannot offer a refund. We always encourage double-checking your details before final approval!

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases of replacements due to our error, SEMSWave will shoulder the new shipping cost.

  • "If an order is cancelled after the items have been printed or crafted, the 50% downpayment will be forfeited."

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Grace Period: You may cancel your order upon approval/processing before we proceed the Downpayment.

  • Non-Refundable Downpayment: Once we have started the digital layout or production of your personalized items, the 50% downpayment is non-refundable. This covers the time and materials already dedicated to your custom order.

    2. Return & Exchange Policy

    • Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products (Educational Materials, Invitations, Business Cards, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

    • Approval Is Final: We send a digital proof/layout for your approval. Once you approve the layout, SEMSWave Handicrafts is not responsible for any typos, incorrect dates, or design errors provided by the customer.

    • Courier Issues: We ensure all items are packed securely. SEMSWave Handicrafts is not liable for delays or physical damage caused by J&T or LBC during transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

    • "Please check all spelling and details carefully. Once you reply with 'APPROVED,' we will proceed to print and the 50% downpayment becomes non-refundable."
